Refund Policy

Try Before You Buy

The Trading Capital evaluations are available for purchase on our website. Our Evaluation Programs are on Metatrader 4. MetaTrader 4 allows you to create a demo account under the exact same conditions as our evaluation accounts to let customers evaluate and familiarize themselves with the trading platform prior to making a purchase decision. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial account before making a purchase and taking our evaluation.

 

Refunds Post-Purchase

Once a purchase has been made and the evaluation credentials have been emailed to the customer, no refunds under any circumstances will be accepted. Customers have the ability to "try before you buy" as noted above and can clearly have a full experience and know what to expect. All sales are final.

 

Refunds Upon Completion of the Evaluation Program

After you have successfully completed the Evaluation Program and proceeded to the proprietary trading phase, you will receive a refund of the initial fee with your first successful profit split. Your evaluation fee will not be refunded until you have reached your first profit split.

 

Refund Under Extenuating Circumstances

In rare instances;

Only before the first login, at our discretion, a refund might be considered minus our order processing and banking fees (up to 25% of the purchase price).

In the event we are unable to continue to provide the services, where this occurs, the refund will be in the proportional amount of Fee that remains unused by the Member (the ‘Refund’).

In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your name, date of transaction, program acquired, etc.).

 

Acceptance of this Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
